1. No Return, Exchange or Refund Policy

At Parinaya Creations, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for products once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

We therefore request customers to carefully review the product images, description, size, material, colour, quantity and other available details before placing an order.

Please make your purchase only after you are satisfied with the product details.

4. Product Appearance & Handmade/Traditional Characteristics

Many products available at Parinaya Creations are traditional, decorative, handcrafted or artisan-inspired products.

Minor variations in:

• Finish
• Pattern
• Engraving
• Shape
• Detailing

may occur between individual pieces.

Such variations may be a natural characteristic of the product and may not be considered a defect.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your device screen.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

If you need to request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.

6. Refunds

As our standard policy, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, size/colour preference, or simply because the customer no longer requires the product.

However, where a refund is legally required or where Parinaya Creations approves a refund following review of an eligible issue, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Any approved refund will be subject to verification of the order and the circumstances of the complaint.

7. Delivery & Transit Issues

We take reasonable care while packing products for dispatch.

If a package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

• Take photographs/videos of the package.
• Record the condition of the package and product immediately after opening.
• Contact us promptly if the product has been damaged.

Transit-related concerns will be reviewed based on the information and evidence provided.

8. Incorrect Address or Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of placing an order.

Parinaya Creations will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from:

• Incorrect recipient details

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because incorrect information was provided by the customer.
